You can see from the domino directory which machines have been used any ID. You should be able to see which PCs the ID file is being used on. It's on the admin tab, "Notes client machine:". Otherwise check the notes log for when the emails were sent.

Are the emails appearing in the users "sent items", or is it just a normal case of spammed mail i.e. will be nothing to do with your domino setup?
